摘要
e印本文库(e-print archive)是开放存取(Open Access)运动推荐的一种非正式科学交流系统。本文对“e-print archive”的中文翻译方法、基本内涵、工作原理、基本类型等问题做了简单介绍;分析了e印本文库创建的基本步骤,并重点探讨建设政策制定、e印本传播系统选择与配置、e印本文库网站设计等问题。
E-print archive is an informal scholarly communication system advocated by the Open Access Movement. Firstly, the article briefly introduces the Chinese transation of e-print archive, its definition, operating principles and elementary categories, then analyzes the basic steps of setting up an e-print archive with emphasis on the policy-making for setting up an e-print archive, the choice of e-print delivery system, and the design of an e-print archive wehsite.
