摘要
选取了飞机机翼与机身连接结构中LY12与30CrMnSiA、LC4与LC4两种典型连接形式,通过对典型连接件进行不同的预腐蚀,在不同腐蚀介质温度、不同腐蚀介质pH值,及不同腐蚀介质盐浓度条件下进行腐蚀疲劳试验。结果表明:LY12与30CrMnSiA典型连接形式具有较好的耐腐蚀性能,而LC4与LC4典型连接形式耐腐蚀和腐蚀疲劳性能较差,不同腐蚀介质NaCl浓度、不同腐蚀介质pH值对疲劳性能无显著影响,腐蚀介质温度对疲劳性能有一定影响。
Two typical joins of LY12 with 30CrMnSiA and LCA with LCA were selected from the structure of aircraft wing joined to airframe. The typical joints with different pre-treatments were tested in solutions at different temperatures with different pH values and different NaCl concentrations. The typical joint of LY12 with 30CrMnSiA had a good corrosion-resisting property and the other typical joint of LC4 with LC4 had bad corrosionresisance. Different pH values and different NaCl concentrations did not show distinct effect and different temperatures had some effect on fatigue properties.
