摘要
研制了一种气相防锈涂料,主要由热塑性丙烯酸树脂、气相缓蚀剂(VCI)、增韧剂、抗氧化剂、抗菌防霉剂、有机溶剂等组成。把含不同VCI的涂料喷涂在标准邮政纸盒上,金属试片20#钢、45#钢、A3钢和炮钢分别粘在纸盒的上方,室温下进行不同时间的预膜,然后盒中放入电解质溶液,加热进行加速试验。结果表明相同的预膜时间、相同的金属试片,随着涂料中VCI含量的增加防锈效果越好;相同的VCI含量,随着预膜时间的延长防锈效果越好。
A volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) paint has been prepared and its composition includes thermoplastic crylic acid resin, VCI, heat stabilizer, antioxidant, tenacity-increasing agent, anti-mildewed agent and organic solvent. The VCI paint with different VCI contents was sprayed on the inside surface of standard post-paper-boxes. Preliminery films were formed with different times at room temperature. Accelerated corrosion testing indicated that the corrosion resistance increased with increasing the content of VCI in the paint or prolonging the preleminary filming time.
