短期大剂量皮质激素对大鼠血液流变学的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:用动物实验的方法研究皮质激素导致凝血功能紊乱的发病机制。方法:选用20只3~4月龄的SD雌性大鼠,随机分成对照组、实验组,同条件下饲养28d,实验结束时心脏抽血处死,使用血液流变学检测仪检测血流变学指标,TG和TC。结果:实验组HBV、LBV、PV、AL、HCT明显升高,TK降低;FIB、TG和TC明显升高。结论:糖皮质激素所致血液高粘、高凝、高脂血症和低纤溶具备了血栓形成的条件,能引起大鼠血液的高凝状态。 Objective To study the pathogenesis of coagulation induced by corticosteroids in animal experiment. Method Twenty 3~4 months old female rats were randol^y divided into two groups, control group and experiruent group. They were raised for 28 days at same conditions, and sacrificed by hemospasia from heart. Hemorheology parameters, serum cholesterol and glycerol lipoids were detected. Results Low-cut viscosity, high-cut viscosity, capillary plasma viscosity , erythrocyte aggregation index and haeruatocrit rose significantly. Erythrocyte rigidity index was descended significantly in experiment groups. Total Cholesterol,fibrinogen and triglyeride rose significantly in experiment group. Conclusion High viscosity, high coagulation, hyperlipemia and low fibrinolysis caused by glucocorticosteroid provided with thrombogenic condition, which could lead to a hypercoaguable state of rats.
