摘要
目的:探讨内窥镜在脊髓型颈椎病前路手术中的应用。方法:对20例单间隙脊髓型颈椎病经内窥镜行前路椎间盘摘除,椎体间植骨。结果:20例均获得手术成功,均获随访,随访3～14个月(平均8个月),植骨块稳定,植骨全部融合。脊髓压迫症状改善满意,出血少,无术中及术后并发症。结论:该术式具有操作简便,损伤小的优点,在实施脊髓型颈椎病手术治疗中安全可行,是传统手术的微创化。
Objective To investigate the application of endoscopic discectomy in treating cervical spondylitic myelopathy. Method 20 cases of single level CSM were operated with endoscopic anteriorcervical intervertebral disc removing and bone grafting. Results All of the operations of 20 cases were successful. All the cases were followed up from 3 to 14 months（8 months as average ）, the grafted bone was stable, solid bone fusion and satisfied neural function recovery were seen in all these cases ,and fewer blood lose,it had no complications during or after operation. Conclusion This operation has many merits ,suah as little damage,performing it safely and practicably,It is minimal invasiveness of traditional operation.
