摘要
研究了荒漠植物蒙古扁桃幼苗的抗氧化胁迫性.实验结果表明,经3 d干旱胁迫处理后,蒙古扁桃幼苗的SOD和POD活性增加,CAT活性下降,发生了不同程度的膜脂过氧化,MDA含量增加,认为在蒙古扁桃活性氧代谢平衡中,SOD和POD起主要作用,且干旱胁迫抑制了蒙古扁桃幼苗的IAA氧化酶活性.
The anti-oxidation stress of desert plant Prunus rnongolica Maxim. is studied in this paper. The results show that the SOD and POD activity of Prunus rnongplica Maxim. seedling is increased,but CAT activity and MDA content is decreased by 3 d drought stress. We consider that SOD and POD play a major part in equipment of active oxygen species metabolism in Prunus mongolica Maxim. seedling. Drought stress inhibits the activity of IAA oxidase in Prunus mongolica Maxim. seedling significantly.
