摘要
介绍了一种测井仪器程控开关电源的设计,给出了设计方案、电路设计等;设计中根据技术指标,可调电源采用脉冲频率调制方法解决了直流输出电压大范围可调的实际需求,稳压电源采用脉冲宽度调制方法提高电源使用效率,稳定供电;实际测试时通过高温试验即工作环境150℃长时间工作,证明了此设计方法的可行性。
In this paper, a design about a program switching mode power supply of an oil logging tool is introduced. It includes tentative design, circuit design and so on. Based on actual requirement, the method of PFM resob)es a wide range of DC output. The method of PWM improves the efficiency and the stability. In actual test, it can work a long time in the environment of 150℃. So the method of the design is feasible.
