摘要
通过对高校培养模式和毕业生就业竞争形势的分析,以社会需求和满足个性化学习为研究目标,提出了基于群集智能自组织方式构建学期开课计划的算法,并详细论述了信息素的表示及其更新规则。用该算法制定学期开课计划与传统做法不同的是学校方面不参与集中控制,在宏观上形成开课计划的同时,每个学生在微观上都能按自己的意愿选课,通过信息直接反馈资源也将自动优化与更新。
Analyzing the teaching pattern and employment competition situation of the students in university at present, aiming at the social demands and satisfaction of personalized studies, the paper has proposed the Algorithm for Self-Organized Semester Course Planning, and elaborates the pheromone representation and updating rules in the algorithm in detail based on swarm intelligence. In contrary to traditional procedure of constructing a course planning, the school aspect does not participate in the common control. With the algorithm, the students can decide their courses to study based on own wishes in microseale, while the planning is forming in macroscale, and the resources will he then optimized and updated automatically by feeding back information directly.
