摘要
本文利用PRO/E建立连杆组件的复杂三维有限元分析模型,然后把它导入有限元分析软件ANSYS中,分析疲劳问题,并提出了一种方便有效的计算安全系数的方法,它是利用ANSYS软件中的ELEMENT TABLE来计算出各单元的疲劳安全系数,据此得出整个连杆的疲劳安全系数,并以云图的方式显示在构件上,还可方便查询。
In this paper, the assembling model of the connecting rod is built with the 3-D modelling software Pro/E. Then, through the interface the model was transformed into the finite element analysis software AN- SYS, and analyze the fatigue problem. Finally, we bring forward a more efficient method to evaluate the reliability of a connecting rod. Through the element table in the ANSYS software, all of the elements fatigue safety factor can be calculated, moreover, it can be demonstrated with contour curves, and it can also be queried easy.
