摘要
消费风险和消费成本的增加,影响居民消费安全和国民经济的良性发展。本文在引入产权经济学的范式后,提出消费品产权的概念,探讨消费品的产权结构,研究产业分工全球化条件下的消费品关键信息分配方式,分析消费品产权保护的治理机制,提出改善政府监管、优化制度环境的政策含义。
The rise of consumption risk and costs affect the residential consumption security and the development of national economy. The paper puts forward a concept of commodity property rights, inquiring into the PRs structure of commodity information, studying the allocation way of key information under the globalization of the industrial division, analyzing the governance mechanism for protecting the consmmer property rights, putting forward the policy to ameliorate government regulation and improve the institutional environment .
