摘要
信用档案作为最具凭证价值的原始信用信息,是构建社会信用体系的物质基础和核心资源。本文阐释了信用档案的涵义及构成;分析了信用档案的功用;并在借鉴国际经验的基础上,就我国信用档案建设应对策略问题做了重点剖析。
As the original credit information with the highest voucher value, credit archives are the material base and key resources constructing social credit system. This paper narrates the meaning, construction and functions of credit archives. And it also makes a detailed analysis of credit archives construction tactics in China on the basis of international experiences.
