摘要
本文指出了联盟中知识转移的主要影响因素,并对其与知识转移间的关系进行了分析,给出了一种对此问题整体而系统的理解。提出了知识转移影响因素的分析模型,该模型包含四大方面因素:联盟企业特性、知识特性、企业间的关系特性和情境特性,这四方面又各自包含着一些影响要素。同时也阐述了各影响要素和知识转移间所存在的三种关系:正关系、负关系和倒U形关系。
This paper identifies the main factors affecting knowledge transfer and analyzes the relationship between each factor and the knowledge transfer in alliances. The paper presents an analytic model of the factors affecting knowledge transfer success that includes four aspects which are partner attribute, knowledge attribute, partner relational attribute, and context attribute. Each aspect consists of a number of key factors. Three kinds of relationships between factors and knowledge transfer are explained： positive effect, negative effect and an inverted U-shape effect.
