摘要
采用厌氧污泥床过滤器(13m3)内循环三相生物流化床(2.5m3)处理抗生素废水的中试,当进水COD为10100~18300mg/L时,厌氧段去除容积负荷Nv为5.08~9.88kgCOD/m3·d;好氧段Nv为4.08~7.60kgCOD/m3·d;出水COD为300~350mg/L,再经混凝沉淀处理后,最终COD可<300mg/L。
Pilot-scale test of antibiotic wastewater treatment is conducted using anaerobic sludge bed filter (13m3)and inner loop biofluidized bed (2. 5m3 ). Loading rates for the anaerobic and the aerobic reactors are 5. 08~9. 88KgCOD/m3. d and 4. 08~7. 60 kg/COD/m3. d, respectively, when the influent COD concentration is 10100~18300mg/L and the effuent300~350mg/L. The effluent COD concentration can be reduced to less than 300mg/L if later coagulation-sedimentation process is put into operation.
