摘要
经比较试验表明碘量法及光度法均可用于氨基胍重碳酸盐的测定,但碘量法测定所需时间比光度法短,并操作比较简便。碘量法的精密度优于光度法。用两方法对同一试样测定了9 次,所得结果的相对标准偏差依次为2.8%和0.54%。
A comparative study demonstrated that both the iodometry and photometry could be used for the determination of aminoguanidine bicarbonate. The iodometry was easy to operate and spent less analysis time and had a better precision, compared to the photometry. RSDs of the analytical results, which were separately obtained by the analysis of the same sample (n = 9) using iodometry and photometry, were 2. 8% and 0. 54% respectively.
