浮选机轴承体加工的夹具设计

DESIGN OF ESPECIAL TONGS IN MACHINING BEARING HOLD BODY OF FLOTATION MACHINE

本文通过对浮选机轴承体的加工过程进行分析,总结出轴承体的加工特点,制定出合理的轴承体加工工艺和方法,进而提出适合批量加工轴承体的专用夹具,使轴承体的加工更为合理,不仅保持了稳定的产品质量,而且提高了劳动生产率,增加了经济效益。

In this paper, the author analyzes the process of machining bearing hold body, summarizes its characteristic, and establishes the proper processes and methods. With these establishes the design of especial tongs in machining the bearing body in batch were reached, making the machining reasonable in terms of the products quality, the enhancement in productivity, and the increases in economy benefit.
