摘要
综述了畜禽副产物的开发利用现状,并探讨了副产物在食品工业、医药工业以及其他领域的应用。
Development and utilization status of by-product in animal and pouitry are reviewed.At the same time, the application of them in food industry,medicine industry and other fields is discussed in this paper.
