眩晕定方治疗气虚血瘀型老年性眩晕30例临床研究 被引量:13

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Xuanyunding Formula on Vertigo Among Senile Persons in the Pattern of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

摘要 目的:探讨眩晕定方治疗气虚血瘀型老年性眩晕患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗组予眩晕定汤剂,对照组予美克乐,分别观察两组患者给药前后的症状、体征、血脂、血液流变学、经颅多谱勒等各项指标的改变情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为80.0%,与对照组的76.0%相近。改善神疲等症状,治疗组优于对照组,治疗组治疗前后中医证候积分差值明显高于对照组。治疗组经颅多谱勒指标、脑循环、血液流变学指标、血脂均得到了明显改善,且改善幅度高于对照组。结论:眩晕定方治疗气虚血瘀型老年性眩晕安全有效,无毒副作用。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of of Xuanyunding Formula (XYDF) on vertigo among senile persons in the pattern of Qi deficiency and blood stasis (QDBS). Methods Sixty senile cases with vertigo in the pattern of Qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into treating group (TG) and controlling one (CG), with 30 cases in each. The cases in TG were treated by XYDF while those in CG were treated by Betahistine. Then, all the cases in both groups were observed on and compared with their index changes in symptoms, signs, blood lipid, blood theology and transcranial Doppler ultrasound angiography (TCD) before and after the therapy respectively. Results The total effective rate was 80% in TG, basically similar with that of CG. However, the therapeutic effect of XYDF on such symptoms like fatigue was significantly superior to that of CG. The differences of TCM symptom scores between pre - treatment and post - treatment were also significantly marked in TG than that in CG. Furthermore, the indexes of TCD and blood theology were both markedly improved, as seen with BV, PV and PCV, and the level of blood lipid was obviously decreased. Conclusions XYDF is effective for the treatment of vertigo among senile persons in the pattern of Qi deficiency and blood stasis (QDBS), being safe with no significant side effects during the therapeutic course.
