摘要
目的:探索用β-环糊精对疏肝理脾片中混合挥发油进行包合的工艺。方法:以挥发油转移率和包合物收得率为评价指标,比较了研磨法、饱和水溶液法、超声法,并采用正交实验对研磨法进行工艺优化。结果:初步确定了研磨法为制备此复方挥发油β-CD包合物的较佳工艺,最佳工艺条件为:β-CD与挥发油之比为4g:1ml,水与β-CD之比为4ml:1g,研磨包合2h,挥发油转移率大于70%结论:优选工艺简单稳定可行,为疏肝理脾片的剂型改进提供了试验基础。
Objective: To investigate the technology that usedβ-cyclodextrin to wrap the mix aetherolea in Shuganlipi Tablets. Method : To use the diversion rate of aetherolea and receiving rate of clathrate as the estimated target. To compare the method of trituration, the method of saturation water solution, supersound method, and adopt the orthogonal test to optimize the trituration. Result: the method of trituration was confirmed as the better technology for preparing the aetherolea β-CD clathrate, the best technical condition was the β-CD and aetherolea(4g : lml), water andβ-CD(4ml : 1g), wrapping two hours, the diversion rate of aetherolea surpassed 70%. Conclusion: the optimization technology was simple and feasible, which supplied experimental basis for the dosage form improved of Shuganlipi tablets.
