摘要
表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)属于细胞表面酪氨酸蛋白激酶受体家族,EGFR的上调性表达可见于胃粘膜损伤的修复过程中,并与胃粘膜细胞的分裂增殖和腺体的重建以及溃疡的愈合密切相关。其效应是在特异配体的刺激下,EGFR通过激活IP3/Ca2+和DG/PKC双信号系统以及Ras途径实现的,对EGFR信号转导通路的深入研究将更加充分阐明胃粘膜损伤修复的分子机理,从而为胃粘膜损伤疾病的防治提供新的途径。
The epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) belonged to the family of cell surface Tyr - PK, the up - regulation express of EGFR could be seen in process of recovery of gaster mucosa wound, and intimately related with division growth of gaster mucosa cell and reconstitution of glandular organ and agglutination of ulcer. Under irritation of idio - ligand, EGFR activated the double center system IP3/Ca^2+ and DG/PKC and Ras path, so that its effect came ture. That research of EGFR singal transduction ways will adequately explained the molecule mechanism of recovery of gaster mucosa wound, also will supply new therapeutic path for the disease of gaster mucosa wound.
