摘要
基于考虑结构低周疲劳特性的“等效延性破坏准则”，研究地震累积破坏对各类结构薄弱层位置的影响，并给出相应的抗倒塌验算方法。
Based on taking account of the failure critiria of structural low-cycle fatigue character,the seismic cumulative damage which affects the position of weak-layer ofstructures is studied,meanwhile,the methods for preventing collapse of multi - storybuildings are also proposed.
