职业技术学校学生职业能力的结构方程模型分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的本文对职业技术学校学生职业能力进行了结构方程模型分析,以了解职业技术学校学生的职业能力构成特点。方法采用“职业能力倾向的自我测定”问卷调查了河南科技学院、山西大学职业技术学院200名十几个专业、3个年级的学生,运用探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析和结构方程建模方法,对其职业能力进行了研究。结果探索性因素分析的5个公共因素与理论构思的吻合度较好;建立了职业技术学校学生职业能力的结构方程模型,并对模型良好性进行了拟合度检验。结论发现了学生目前专业和未来所要从事的职业之间的关系;实践性强的专业学生的职业能力结构与这一职业对人的职业能力倾向的要求还存在一定的差距;学生在动手操作能力方面仍有明显不足;高校应建立以职业生涯发展理论为基础的就业指导体系。 Objective To study student's vocattonal ability of vocational technical school,in order to understand the vocational ability of students of vocational technical school forms the characteristic. Methods A questionnaire on self measure of vocational ability trend was adopted for 200 Henan institute of science and Technology and Vocational Technical College of Sanxi University students which come from tens major subjects and three grades. Using EFA,CFA and stroctural equations methods to study their vocational ability, Results identical degree that what the exploratory factor is analyzed, five pubbc factors and theories are conceived is better; Have set up the structure equation model of student's vocational ability of voca tional technical school, and examine degree to the model well. Conclusion Find student at present professional and futurere lation of vocation that engaged in wanted; Also there was certain disparity between vocational ability structure and this reausition for people's vocational aptitude of vocational of professional students with strong practicality's; Students are obvoely insufficient in starting to operate ability; The university should set up the system of careers guidance taking developing be theory in career as foundation.
