摘要
从全功率变量泵驱动的特点出发,简要地分析了该驱动方式下回转机构的一般运行规律,确定回转机构设计参数,在此基础上建立计算模型及计算方法,研制相应的计算软件。通过实例计算,对WY40液压挖掘机回转机构原方案作了改进。
On the basis of the variable displacement charactristics of the pumps withtotal constant-up control,the general kinematic pattern of the mechanism is briefly analysed, and of which the parameters is determined. Based upon above,it establishes patternand makes relevent softawre.Finally, it is improved to the original mechanism of hydraulicexcavator WY40 through the calculation of the living example.
