在航条件下远洋船员心理干预的研究

Study of the Mental Intervention for Ocean Seamen at Sea

目的研究在航条件下远洋船员心理干预的方法及干预效果。方法以SCL-90症状自评量表测试总分≥160分或焦虑、抑郁因子≥2分的在航远洋船员作为心理干预组与对照组,采用适当的心理干预方法对干预组进行心理干预,与对照组进行比较,研究在航条件下对远洋船员进行心理干预的有效性。结果干预组船员的心理症状指标、情绪状态、工作效能较干预前有明显改善。结论及时、有效地心理干预对改善在航远洋船员的心理症状、恢复情绪平稳、提高工作效能等可以起到积极的作用。

Objective To explore the intervention methods and effects for ocean going seamen at sea. Methods Based on the Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）, we take those seamen whose total scores are more than 160 and whose scores for depression factor and anxiety factor are both more than 2 as intervention group and control group, then impose on the intervention group a mental intervention. By comparing with the control group, to analyze the effectiveness of mental intervention. Results The mental symptom index, emotional state and working efficiency of those intervention group seamen have achieved a considerable improvement after mental intervention. Conclusion Timely and effective mental intervention can ex ert a positive influence on the progress of mental symptom, the balance of emotional stability, and the improvement of working efficiency.
