摘要
目的了解河南省处级党政干部工作倦怠的现状。方法采用经过修订的工作倦怠量表对河南省处级党政干部进行调查。结果修订的工作倦怠量表具有较好的信度和效度,处级党政干部的工作倦怠在人口统计学变量上具有差异。结论年龄偏大和参加工作时间较长的处级党政干部的工作倦怠问题更值得关注。
Objective To investingate job burn out of the middle-ranking party and governmental cadres in Henan Province. Methods The mlddle-ranking party and governmental cadres in Henan Province assessed by revised MBI. Results The revised MBI have a good consistency and validity, the middle-ranklng party and governmental cadres' job burn out have different on demographic variables. Conclusion The age is litter older and have worked long year's cadres' job burn out need more concerned.
