Control Analysis on Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory Test Result of Severe Criminal Suspects

目的分析重大刑事嫌疑犯在司法精神医学鉴定明尼苏达多相人格测验(MMPI)的测试结果,探讨MMPI在司法精神医学鉴定中的应用价值。方法应用MMPI分别对48例重大刑事嫌疑犯和63例住院精神病人进行心理测评。结果重大刑事嫌疑犯的Pa、F、Pt、Sc、Hs、Pd、Hy、D、Ma量表分明显高于住院精神病人;鉴定结果存在精神症状的12例重大刑事嫌疑犯的MMPI测验量表中有10个量表分高于其余36例的得分,但不存在差异。结论犯罪嫌疑人有较明显的人格偏离,甚至超过住院精神病人,具体表现有:偏执、多疑、情绪不稳、易怒、烦恼、冲动、自控力差等;一部分犯罪嫌疑人伪装答题。

Objective To investigate the value of Multiphasic Personality inventory by analyzing MMPI test result of severe criminal suspects in judicatory medical identification. Methods 48 severe criminal suspects and 63 hospitalized psychosis patients were tested by MMPI. Results the MMPI scores of Pa, F, Pt, Sc, Hs, Pd, Hy, D, Ma for severe criminal suspects were higher than that of hospitalized psychosis patients; 10 branch scales of MMPI for severe criminal suspects with psychosis were higher than that of with non-psychosis; but there is no significant difference between them. Conclusion Severe criminal suspect personality is obviously abnormal compared with hospitalized psychosis patients. Severe criminal suspects showed paranoid, suspiciousness, emotional instability, irritability, annoyed, impulsion, disability to self-control etc; and a few of them disguised reply for test.
