摘要
目的了解基层计生技术人员心理应激情况,以利于采取有效干预措施,提高心理应激的能力和心理健康水平。方法采用自拟计生技术服务工作应激源调查表,对调查对象进行测评。结果计生技术服务工作应激源有多种,而上级检查与评估是最大应激源。技术人员的焦虑水平达到了焦虑症程度。结论应采取有效的干预措施,以缓解应激反应,减轻技术人员焦虑与抑郁症状。
Objective To study the mental response of the family-planning technician at the basic level and take on effectiwe measures to improve tbe ability of mental response and mental health. Methods Questionnaire of family-planning technical service work was designed hy ourselves. Then use SAS and SDS to make a survey. Results The higher authorities＇ inspection is the biggest response causes of the filmily-planning workers. Conclusion Measures should be taken to avoid the urgent response and ease the anxiety and depression of the workers hbefore it happens.
