摘要
对阎地拉图红铁矿进行了焙烧磁选、强磁选、重选及重选-强磁选四种选矿工艺的试验研究。结果表明,用螺旋溜槽选别十0.074mm粒级,用强磁选别-0.074mm粒级的重选-强磁选方案可得到品位为51.00%、回收率为72.30%的综合铁精矿。该方案投资少,生产成本低,适合现厂的实际。
Four kinds of processing technology for ferric-oxide ore of Yandilatu mineral, namely roasting magnetic separation, high intensity magnetic separation, gravity separation, gravity-high intensity magnetic separation were studied. The results indicated when the +0.074mm and the-0.074mm ore were respectively processed by spiral chute and high intensity magnetic technology, the grade and recovery of iron concentrate respectively were 51.00% and 72.30 %. This method saves investment and cost of production. It also corresponds with the factory's reality.
