摘要
证明了局部紧的Ｈａｕｓｄｏｒｆｆ拓补空间上的在无穷远点为零（Ｖａｎｉｓｈａｔｉｎｆｉｎｉｔｙ）的函数之非标准特征，并给出了它的两个应用。
The nonstandard characteristic of functions vanishing at infinity is proved and its two applications are given.
