病房环境气载内毒素含量的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测病房环境气载内毒素的浓度。方法采用国际标准AGI-30收集器和LAL凝胶法相结合的方法,首先用AGI-30收集病房环境气载内毒素,再用LAL凝胶法进行测定,并计算出病房环境气载内毒素的浓度EU/m3。结果收集到病房内和病房外走廊环境中的气载内毒素并计算出浓度分别为33-267EU/m3和66-512EU/m3。结论本方法灵敏度和准确度高,可作为病房环境评定的一种重要参考指标。
