淮河蚌埠段水域浮游甲壳动物的初步研究

The Prelimary Study of Crustacean Zooplankton of Bengbu Region in Huaihe River

2005年春季分两次对淮河蚌埠段水域浮游甲壳动物进行研究.两次调查共记录浮游甲壳动物8种,其中枝角类2属3种,桡足类5属5种.3月份的优势种类为近邻剑水蚤和蚤状氵蚤,3个采样点(蚌埠朝阳大桥、五河分洪闸、浍河节制闸)的浮游甲壳动物密度分别为17.1ind.L-1、7.0ind.L-1、1.8ind.L-1,3个采样点的Shannon-Weiner多样性指数分别为0.68、0.62、0.47.5月份蚌埠朝阳大桥的优势种为近邻剑水蚤、蚤状氵蚤和透明氵蚤,浮游甲壳动物密度为67.5ind.L-1,生物多样性指数为0.76.

In March and May 2005, we studied the community structure of crustacean zooplankton in Bengbu region of Huaihe River. Three sampling points （Chaoyang bridge, Fenhong gate in Wuhe County and Jiezhi gate in Huihe River） were selected. In this study, 8 species （including 6 Family and 7gena） of crustacean zooplankton were recorded. In March, the dominant species were Cyclops vicinus vicinus and Daphina pulex. The density of crustacean zooplankton in three stations was 17. 1, 7.0 and 1.8 ind. L^-1, respectively. The Shannon-Weiner index was 0.68, 0.62, 0.47, respectively. However, the dominant species of Chaoyang bridge in May were C. vicinus vicinus, D. pulex and D. hyalina. The density of crustacean zooplankton was 67.5 ind. L^-1, and the Shannon-Weiner index was 0. 76.
