摘要
利用概率统计理论,分析了目前在一些金融部门直接采用利润完成指标,进行绩效考核,并依此排序所存在的弊端.提出了一个适合于金融部门,能科学合理的依利润完成情况排序的方法:U—指标法.并从理论和实际两方面,阐述了利用U—指标法排序的科学性、实用性和优越性.
The defects of arranging the staff's achievements using the profit accomplishment degree target directly in some financial institutions recently was analyzed in the use of the theories in probability and statistics. The way using the accomplishment of the profit and more suitable for the financial institutions: the method of Uindex was advanced. Then, the scientificity, practicability and advantages of this method was stated in both theoretical and practical aspects.
