摘要
随着高校全面推进素质教育和高等教育大众化的演进,地方工科院校创建多样化人才培养模式成为必然。地方工科院校通过构建宽基础的复合型工程应用人才目标模式、多样化新型课程模式、学年学分制为代表的教学管理模式、本科生拔尖人才培养模式,实现多样化的人才培养目标。
With the gradual advancement of the popularization of higher education and quality-oriented education, higher educational institutions must diversify their talent-training models. The local engineering colleges may achieve the diversification by structuring training models aiming at broadand composite engineering knowledge and applying capabilities, diversified curricular models, teaching models of the credit system and the academic year system, and the undergraduate elite' s educating models.
