广东省产业群发展的实证研究与政策建议

Research on the Development of Industrial Clusters in Guangdong Province and Suggestions for Policies

文章首先用集群指数模型对广东省39个行业近10年的集群状况进行了测度,其次在测度的基础上对39个行业分三类进行了现状和趋势的描述与分析,最后提出了广东要实施产业集聚的引进外资新战略;加强产学研结合,积极引进跨国公司的研究开发机构;培养和造就新的工业文化和精神等结论和建议。

This paper records the results of a check on the agglomeration state of the 39 industries in the past 10 years in Guangdong Province with the index model of concentration. Then this paper further analyzes the current situation and trend and attempts to divide industries into three categories for the convenience of study. Finally, this paper proposes some suggestions on the basis of the conclusions reached from the analysis that the government should implement new foreign capital importation strategy of industrial agglomeration in Guangdong, strengthen the combination of production, teaching and research, and introduce the research and development organizations of trans-corporations to train and bring up the new industrial culture and spirit.
