On the Legalization of Student Management in Institutions of Higher Learning——A Student-rights-oriented Management

高校学生管理法治化是构建和谐校园的必然要求。文章以学生权利为中心,针对当前高校学生管理中存在的不和谐现象,提出实现高校学生管理法治化的途径。

The legalization of student management in colleges and universities is to meet the demand of the construction of harmonious campuses. This thesis focuses on the students＇ rights, analyzes some inharmonious phenomena in student management, and proposes some solutions to management problems in colleges and universities.
