Researches on the System of Civil Compensation in Securities Transactions

保护投资者的合法权益是《证券法》的职责和使命,是该法的灵魂之所在,但我国证券民事赔偿制度的相关规定却不尽如人意,文章拟对建立适合我国国情的证券民事赔偿制度进行探讨,以期证券立法的完善。

It is very important to protect legal rights and interests of investors. Security Law should provide this kind of protection. However, in our country, the system of civil compensation in the dealings of securities needs improving. This paper discusses the construction and the perfection of Security Law of our country in order to provide better protection for investors.
