系列辅助康复卧位枕的制作与临床应用效果评价

Study on the making of assistant healing decubitus pillow series and it's effectiveness evaluate of Clinical application

目的探讨系列辅助康复卧位枕在临床护理中的应用效果。方法分别将符合诊断标准的乳腺癌改良根治术和脑卒中偏瘫病人随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组病人术后应用自制辅助卧位枕辅助维持康复体位,对照组采用传统方法辅助卧位。结果实验组术后并发症的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),病人舒适度增加,对护理工作满意。结论自制系列辅助康复卧位枕可有效预防或减轻并发症,丰富人性化护理的内涵,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To study the effectiveness of assistant healing deeubitus pillow series for nursing. Method Patients diagnosed as mammary cancer with improved radical operation and hemiplegia after cerebral apoplectic stroke were randomized into the test group and the control group. The test group applied healing posture by using self--made assistant healing decubitus pillow, and the control group applied the posture by the traditional method. Results The prevalence of complication after operation of the test group is lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The patients in the test group were more comfortable and satisfaction to nursing. Conclusion Self--made assistant healing decubitus pillow series can prevent and alleviate complication. It enriches the humanistic nursing, and worth applying in clinic.
