乳酸环丙沙星注射液体外配伍实验研究

目的探讨乳酸环丙沙星与易善复、苦黄注射液的配伍情况。方法将乳酸环丙沙星分别与易善复、苦黄注射液按一定比例混合制成不同浓度的配伍试液,观察外观、测定pH值、紫外测定、红外图谱扫描。结果乳酸环丙沙星与易善复注射液存在配伍禁忌;与苦黄注射液原液配伍时出现沉淀析出。结论乳酸环丙沙星与易善复注射液不能混合使用;苦黄注射液必须经稀释后才能与乳酸环丙沙星注射液配伍使用。

Objective To study the compatibility of and the Ku huang. Methods Mix the Ciprofloxacin with the Ciprofloxacin locate injection applied with the Essentiale the Essentiale and the Ku huang based on certain proportion to make injection liquid mixture with different density. Then observe the external appearance, measure the PH value, UV--spectrophotometry analysis, infrared analysis. Results Ciprofloxacin lactate injection and the Essentiale are ncompatible. There is sedimentation between the Ciprofloxacin lactate injection and the Ku huang during the compatibleness. Conclusion The Ciprofloxacin lactate injection and the Essentiale can＇t be mixed in application. The Ku huang injection must be diluted before used with the Ciprofloxacin lactate injection.
