摘要 目的了解并检验联合国大会艾滋病特别会议(UNGASS)指标在我国高校学生艾滋病知晓率评估中的有效性和可信性,以及目前预防艾滋病健康教育的效果。方法于2004年4月对全国28个省的6 924名大学生进行问卷调查。结果UNGASS指标的5个题目全部回答正确的比例为29.8%。对其进行赋值后,男生得分高于女生,中学接受过预防艾滋病知识的学生得分明显高于未接受者,大学一年级时收到过“预防艾滋病健康教育处方”学生的得分明显高于未收到者。结论高校预防艾滋病健康教育工作应继续加强,UNGASS评估指标在中国应用之前应结合中国实际进行适当调整。 Objective To identify and test the validity and creditability that the UNGASS indicators used in universities for the national AIDS health education, and to assess the impact of the present HIV/AIDS education. Methods In April, 2004, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 6 924 college students in 28 provinces all over the country. Results Abont 29.8% of the students answered all the five questions correctly. After the questions were evaluated, the male students got the higher scare than the female students, the students who had been taught HIV/AIDS knowledge in secondary schools got the higher sore than the ones who never had. The students who had received the prescription for HIV/AIDS health education in grade one of university got the higher score than the ones who never had. Conclusion HIV/ADIS health should be enhanced sequentially. The UNGASS indicators should be adjusted according to the actuality in China before the application.
