安康市农村小学生室内空气污染知·信·行现况

摘要 目的了解陕西省农村小学生室内空气污染相关知识、态度和行为现状,为探索“小手牵大手”的健康教育模式和制定干预措施提供依据。方法随机整群抽取陕西省安康市4所农村小学三~五年级学生533名,采用问卷调查被试者家庭一般情况及IAP(室内空气污染)的知识、态度和行为。结果小学生IAP认知平均分为23.80±4.80,氟斑牙知晓率为31.0%。59.1%的家庭炉灶没有烟囱。结论陕西农村小学生IAP认知水平较低,且家庭存在不良生活习惯。应加强对学生IAP相关知识教育,通过学生将健康知识传播到家庭,以减少IAF的发生。 Objective To know the indoor air pollution (IAP) related knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of primary students in rural area in Shaanxi Province, to research the health education medel of "students and parents", and to provide evidence for establishing intervention strategy of IAP. Methods A cluster sample 0f 533 students in grade 3 - 5 was chosen from 4 rural primary schools in Shasnxi. Their households information, IAP related KAP were surveyed by questionnaire survey. Results The average cognition score of IAP was 23.80 ± 4.80 , and the cognition rate of fluoride dental was 31. 0%. About 40.9% households of students had equipped their stoves with chimneys. Conclusion The cognition level of IAP related knowledge is low, and more households have unhealthy habits. The education of IAP related knowledge to students should be strengthened, and through the students, health knowledge should be transmiued to their family in order to reduce IAP.
