摘要
目的探索团体心理咨询改善贫困大学生心理健康状况的效果,为改善贫困大学生心理健康状况提供依据。方法对某医学院20名学生(贫困生12名、非贫困生8名)进行团体心理咨询的干预,对比干预前后症状自评量表(SCL-90)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)等心理量表的得分情况。结果贫困生SCL-90各症状因子的得分比干预前都有所下降,其中强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖等6个症状因子差异有统计学意义。SSRS量表的结果显示贫困生的主观支持得分与干预前差异有统计学意义。结论团体心理咨询是改善贫困大学生心理健康水平的有效途径之一。
Objective To explore the impacts of group counseling on improving impoverished students' mental health, and to provide bases for their mental health improvement. Methods A group counseling intervention was conducted to 20 medical undergraduates ( 12 impoverished and 8 normal ones). SCL - 90 and SSRS were used to test their mental health and social support before and after the intervention, Results After the intervention, the impoverished students had lower scores of SCL - 90 than before, and statistical significances were found in the factors of obsessive-compulsory, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility and phobic. The results of SSRS also indicated that the scores of objective support had statistical significance. Conclusion Group counseling can improve the mental health of the poor college students.
