摘要
根据光线传播的基本原理,通过计算和推导,用解析式表达并讨论了半导体激光器快轴方向发散光束通过双曲柱面-平面透镜后的准直特性、光强分布和半宽度。本文的讨论为正确认识和使用微双曲柱面-平面透镜,改善半导体激光快轴方向光束的发散,提高光束质量提供了理论依据。
Aceording to the basic principle of light-ray propagation, through calculations and deduction,the collimating characteristic ,the intensity distribution of light energy and the half width are analytically showed and discussed. The consequence of this paper may be used to design a collimating system with micro- hyperboloid cylinder-plane lens that will considerably decrease the diverging angle in the fast axis direction of laser beam of a diode to meliorate its quality beam.
