中国企业经营者培训现状分析

Status quo of the training to Chinese business managers

本文从中国经济发展的需要,提出了企业经营者的素质与培训的重要意义,对中国经营者能够利用的培训资源及培训的现状进行了分析,认为目前中国的经营者培训方面存在着诸多需要反思和纠正的问题,并提出了进一步促进中国企业经营者培训事业的建议。

Based on the needs of Chinese economic development, the article puts forward the qualities required by Chinese business managers as well as the training importance to them. Then it briefly analyzes the present state of the training and the resources those can be fully used. The article also believes that there are some problems need to be reconsidered. Lastly, it made some suggestions which help to further promote the training to Chinese business managers.
