部分性脾栓塞术治疗脾功能亢进的临床应用

Clinical application of partial splenic embolization in treating hypersplenia

目的观察部分性脾栓塞术治疗脾功能亢进的临床疗效。方法采用Seldinger技术经股动脉插管至脾动脉主干,注入适量大小约1.0mm×1.0mm明胶海绵颗粒,进行部分脾栓塞。结果本组所有患者栓塞后随访6个月,脾功能亢进症状均有不同程度缓解,同时有效改善了外周血象。结论部分性脾栓塞术治疗脾功能亢进效果良好,疗效稳定。

Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of hypersplenia with the partial speen embolization. Methods The duct was inserted by the Selding＇s technology through the femoral artery into, the splenic artery stem and performed the partial embolization by pouring the porper quantity Gelfoams whose size is about 1.0 mm×1.0 mm. Results Reexamination 6 months later, the hypersplenia symptom of all patients were mitigated to different degree Meanwhile, this treatment will ameliorate the peripheral hemogram, Conclusion The treatment of the hypersplenia with the partial speen embolization is good effection and steady effection.
