摘要
运用拼合原理将常用降糖药物二甲双胍与有降糖活性的香豆素拼合,并根据前期的构效关系研究结果,设计了溴取代香豆素二甲双胍类化合物,合成方法是以香豆素为原料,分别经溴加成、脱溴化氢、氯磺化、缩合四步反应得到了两个新的3-溴代香豆素二甲双胍类化合物,该类化合物未见文献报道,结构均经IR、1HNMR、MS鉴定。
On the basis of primary study of structure- activity relationship, bromine substituted coumarin -dimethylbiguanid was designed by matching principle treated with coumarin and dimcthylbiguanid. Two new compounds were synthesised by four steps of reaction. There are addition, elimination, sulfochlorination and condensation. Target structures were identified by IR, 1 H - NMR and MS spectra never reported.
