摘要
井下单螺杆泵工况诊断系统在现场的应用,实现了单螺杆泵井生产状况的实时监测,及时了解了井下单螺杆泵的转速、扭矩和载荷等参数,通过与理论值的对比,优化设计从而指导单螺杆泵井的生产维护工作。
The live supervision of production situation of down-well single screw pump well has been made and the parameter such as rev,torque and load of well is known promptly with the successful practical application of diagnostic system of down-well single screw pump. Production and maintenance of single screw pump well have been directed by comparing thoretieal data.
