摘要
介绍了EQ6100发动机不解体故障诊断仪器的设计。针对EQ6100发动机的结构特点,设计了专用测试传感器,通过实验测出了其特性曲线。现场运行表明,仪器设计合理、运行可靠,抗干扰能力强,为发动机故障的诊断提供了方便,具有较高的性价比。
In this paper, Design of EQ6100 Engine Diagnosis Disassembled is introduced, and a kind of special sensor which feels EQ6100 Engine is designed, whose characteristic curve is measured by experiment and the instrument is proved to be rational, practicable, and anti-disturbance. At the same time, it provides convenience for EQ6100 Engine Diagnosis, and has higher performanceprice ratio.
