摘要
应用文义解释、扩张解释、目的解释和比较解释的法律解释方法,在我国《婚姻法》第38条文义“可预测的可能性”范围内,对第38条探望权人的范围应当得出赋予祖父母、外祖父母探望权的合理而妥当的解释。
From the meaning interpretation,extended interpretation,aim interpretation and comparative interpretation of the law,＂predicted possibility＂ in the 38th section of Marriage Law stipulation the extent of the right of visiting the third gencration should be understood as the reasonable right of grandparents.
