摘要
面对新世纪人才的竞争和挑战,要培养社会需求的合格的新型人才,就必须转变教育观念,明确素质教育新思路,探索素质教育实施新机制,以培养社会需求的合格的新型人才为重点,把人文素质内容贯穿于整个教学过程的始终。
The present paper proposes that we should transform the educational views, confirm the qualiey education and explore the new mechanism in practising quality education,with the humanity education running through the whole teeching process, so as to meet the talent competition and challenges, and to cultivate talents of a new type who can satisfy the social requirements.
