The thesis makes an introduction of the practice and exploration about establishing a quality guarantee systern in the cultivation of Masters of Engineering. It argues that the cultivation quality is the starting point and focus in the training management of ME, elaborating on the establishment of cultivation project conforming to ME particularities, on the enforcement of training process management, as well as on the strengthening of course construction, course assessment and topic selection in thesis writing.
