The special education system of Israel is quite unique, both the special schools and the integration programs are well developed. There are many experiences that we can learn from Israel, such as attaching importance to special education, increasing the budget on special education, respecting to the difference between students with special needs and the multi- culture, and teaching the students based on the humanistic approach.
